Fat: 74.41g | Prot: 46.00g | Carb: 185.03g.   Breakfast:  bread, butter, paté de campagne. Lunch:  Bâton Pâté ou Filet de Poisson Cuit Pané ou Battu, couscous, galette bretonne, petits pois boite. Dinner:  Avocat, Biere, Gruyere, Jambon, Nouilles. Snacks/Other:  Chocolat, galette bretonne, yaourt.
