Fat: 148.21g | Prot: 174.01g | Carb: 283.61g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with cream, Egg, English muffin, Margarine, Sausage patty. Lunch:  Meatballs, Milk, Scali bread, Tomato sauce. Dinner:  Milk, Peas corn, Rice, sirloin steak. Snacks/Other:  Oreo cookies, Peanuts, Potato chips.
