Fat: 45.34g | Prot: 56.29g | Carb: 115.46g.   Breakfast:  fried egg, Pancakes (Dry Mix), Butter, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified). Lunch:  Cucumber (Peeled), Tomatoes, Lettuce, Onions, Olive Oil, Vinegar, Grilled Chicken, Crispy Chow Mein, Alpine Milk Chocolate. Snacks/Other:  Buttered Air Popped Popcorn, Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified).
