Fat: 45.34g | Prot: 56.29g | Carb: 115.46g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Butter, fried egg, Pancakes (Dry Mix), Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified). Lunch:  Alpine Milk Chocolate, Crispy Chow Mein, Cucumber (Peeled), Grilled Chicken, Lettuce, Olive Oil, Onions, Tomatoes, Vinegar. Snacks/Other:  Buttered Air Popped Popcorn, Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified).
