Salad lunch. No beer. Exercise Everyday with increased cardio by 35 minutes. Good results. Pizza for Super Bowl or will that ruin my diet?

Lunch:  Beets , Chunky Blue Cheese Yogurt Dressing, Cottage Cheese , Garbanzo Beans, Mixed Salad Greens, Premium Tuna Chunk White Albacore in Water, Spinach . Dinner:  Couscous Mix Toasted Pine Nut, Brussels Sprouts, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Leg, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Thigh, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Wing. Snacks/Other:  Blue Ribbon, Chewy Granola Bars - Peanut Peanut Butter.
