Salad lunch. No beer. Exercise Everyday with increased cardio by 35 minutes. Good results. Pizza for Super Bowl or will that ruin my diet?

Lunch:  Mixed Salad Greens, Cottage Cheese , Beets , Spinach , Garbanzo Beans, Premium Tuna Chunk White Albacore in Water, Chunky Blue Cheese Yogurt Dressing. Dinner:  Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Leg, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Wing, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Thigh, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken, Couscous Mix Toasted Pine Nut, Brussels Sprouts. Snacks/Other:  Chewy Granola Bars - Peanut Peanut Butter, Blue Ribbon.
