Fat: 23.96g | Prot: 45.66g | Carb: 138.07g.   Breakfast:  oatmeal, Sunmaid Fruit Bits. Lunch:  NutriSystem Beef & Wedged Potatoes, Ritz crackers, romaine lettuce. Dinner:  Beef Stew, romaine lettuce, Whole Wheat Pita Bread. Snacks/Other:  coffee, Crackerfuls - Four Cheese, Dill Pickle, red delicious apple, Water.
