Fat: 30.83g | Prot: 59.53g | Carb: 243.73g.   Breakfast: bran flakes, peanut butter, soya milk, tea, wholemeal bread. Lunch: Cabbage Tofu Ball, cooked brown rice, raisin. Dinner: dried apricot, Dry Spaghetti, red wine, Spaghetti Sauce with Vegetables (Homemade-Style), tuna. Snacks/Other: coffee, cooked soya beans.
