Fat: 161.30g | Prot: 142.51g | Carb: 253.95g.   Breakfast:  Heath Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  Baked or Fried Batter Dipped Onion Rings, Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen), Double Bacon Cheeseburger with Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing and Tomatoes on Bun, Nachos with Cheese. Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Pot Roast, Saltine Crackers, Sourdough Bread, White Flour. Snacks/Other:  Baby Carrots.
