Fat: 62.49g | Prot: 76.01g | Carb: 331.43g.   Breakfast:  Granary Bread, Honey, Olive Spread Light. Lunch:  Battered Onion Rings, French Fries (Medium), Grilled Chicken Fillet Sandwich with Lettuce, Tomato and Spread on Whole Wheat Roll. Dinner:  Leggera Verdure Pizza. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Brownie, Draught (Pint), Regular Beer.
