Fat: 62.22g | Prot: 67.12g | Carb: 241.61g.   Breakfast:  Ciabatta, Fried Egg, Margerine, Sugar, Tea (Brewed). Lunch:  Ciabatta, Deli Sliced Ham, Guacamole with Tomatoes, Margerine, Roast Beef. Dinner:  California Rolls, Gin and Tonic, Gummy Bears, Potato Chips (Salted). Snacks/Other:  Nonfat Latte Coffee.
