Fat: 36.89g | Prot: 39.06g | Carb: 267.37g.   Breakfast:  Light Brown Sugar, Orange Juice with Pulp, Calcium and Vitamin D, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes). Lunch:  Aloha Pineapple (Sixteen), Classic Yellow Mustard, Deli Select Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Hint of Lime Tortilla Chips, Honey Wheat Bread, Water . Snacks/Other:  Classic Cola (Stock & Family Fridge Pack), Coastal Berry Blend.
