Fat: 54.65g | Prot: 74.84g | Carb: 128.85g.   Breakfast:  Magere Kwark Aardbei , Muesli (Gedroogd Fruit en Noten). Lunch:  Cracotte Vital, Goudse Kaas, Runderbouillon. Dinner:  Gekookt Ei, Gemengde Sla, Komkommer (met Schil), Olijfolie, Tomaten, Tonijnstukken in Zonnebloemolie, Witte Tafelwijn. Snacks/Other:  Fruit 2 Day, Kiwi, Volkoren Ontbijtkoek, Witte Tafelwijn.
