Fat: 74.45g | Prot: 172.29g | Carb: 212.67g.   Breakfast:  24 Formula 1 Sport, Builder's Bar - Chocolate Mint, Protein Drink Mix - Vanilla, Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk. Lunch:  100% Ultramyosyn Whey, Arugula Lettuce, Egg White , Grapefruit, Oats , Spicy Tuna Sushi Roll, Tilapia (Fish) . Dinner:  Baguette, Beef Filet Mignon, Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen), Olive Oil, Red Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  24 Rebuild Endurance , Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Nutritional Shake Mix - Cafe Latte, Protein Drink Mix - Vanilla.
