Fat: 80.00g | Prot: 57.24g | Carb: 157.64g.   Breakfast:  banana, quaker oatmeal, pecan. Lunch:  Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Multigrain Bread, Triscuit Crackers Original, Roasted Garlic Hummus, Snap Peas. Dinner:  Mixed Salad Greens, Raw Almonds, Cheddar Cheese, Greek Vinaigrette Salad Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Raw Almonds, Pinot Noir Wine.
