Lunch:  Multigrain Bread, Roasted Garlic Hummus, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Snap Peas, Triscuit Crackers Original. Dinner:  Cheddar Cheese, Greek Vinaigrette Salad Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens, Raw Almonds. Snacks/Other:  Pinot Noir Wine, Raw Almonds.
