Fat: 80.71g | Prot: 115.87g | Carb: 85.92g.   Breakfast:  Border Scramble Omelet with Bob Evans Egg Lites, Breakfast Sausage, Toasted Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Ortega tortilla strips, Real Mayonnaise, Sweet Pickle Relish, Tongal Tuna. Dinner:  Broccoli, Mandarin Orange Chicken without Sauce, Zuchini Pizza Casserole. Snacks/Other:  Cheddar Style Shreds, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Dried Cranberries, Organic Spring Mix, Ortega tortilla strips, Roasted Pumpkin and Squash Seed Kernels (Without Salt), Sunflower Crunch Bread, Vinaigrette Dressing.
