Fat: 80.71g | Prot: 115.87g | Carb: 85.92g.   Breakfast:  Border Scramble Omelet with Bob Evans Egg Lites, Breakfast Sausage, Toasted Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Tongal Tuna, Sweet Pickle Relish, Real Mayonnaise, Ortega tortilla strips. Dinner:  Zuchini Pizza Casserole, Broccoli, Mandarin Orange Chicken without Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Sunflower Crunch Bread, Dried Cranberries, Roasted Pumpkin and Squash Seed Kernels (Without Salt), Organic Spring Mix, Vinaigrette Dressing, Cheddar Style Shreds, Ortega tortilla strips, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat.
