Fat: 89.19g | Prot: 84.76g | Carb: 268.58g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, bean dip, coffee, oatmeal, scoops tostitos. Lunch:  bread whole wheat, sharp cheddar, vegetable noodle soup. Dinner:  apple cider, bread whole wheat, chicken salad.
