Fat: 48.17g | Prot: 73.84g | Carb: 128.76g.   Breakfast:  100% Liquid Egg Whites, Baby Spinach, Coffee, Egg, Red Tomatoes . Lunch:  Red Tomatoes, Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, Tuna Salad with Egg. Dinner:  Chardonnay, Cooked Brussels Sprouts, Pork Loin (Country-Style Ribs, Lean Only), Yellow Summer Squash. Snacks/Other:  Cookies 'n Cream Milk Shake (Kids).
