Fat: 37.57g | Prot: 38.63g | Carb: 190.15g.   Breakfast:  Cream cheese, Tim Hortons cinammon raisin bagel, Tim Hortons medium cafe mocha. Lunch:  bread roll, mini sized, chocolate chunk cookie, Kraft macaroni and cheese, boxed, mixed fruit, nacho chips, Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Chobani non-fat greek yogurt, blueberry.
