Fat: 65.30g | Prot: 47.33g | Carb: 128.37g.   Breakfast:  2% Milk American Cheese Singles, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Egg, Hearty Grains 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins, mocha hot chocolate, Ready Crisp Premium Cut Bacon. Lunch:  Almonds. Dinner:  French Fries (Small), Sparkling Water, Whopper Jr. Sandwich with Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Clementines .
