Fat: 40.04g | Prot: 104.95g | Carb: 168.97g.   Breakfast:  Egg White , French Baguette, Fully Cooked Bacon, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked) , Singles Fat Free Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Lunch:  Chocolate Deluxe High Protein Bar (Small). Dinner:  Asparagus, Beef Top Sirloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), French Baguette, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Martini, Mashed Winter Type Squash, Salmon, Spice Cake.
