Lunch:  Chicken Light Meat (Roasting, Roasted, Cooked), Cooked Mature Onions, Fire Roasted Peppers, Green Tea, Honey, Instant White Rice. Dinner:  Pinto Beans, Pork Chop, Red Enchilada Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Oyster Crackers.
