Lunch:  banana, water, Tomato, EverRoast , sprouts, Lower Sodium Provolone Cheese, spring mix, baby spinach, tomato wrap, ranch dressing, bacon, bell pepper. Dinner:  water, Tendercrisp Chicken Sandwich, Thick Cut Bacon, French Fries Burger King. Snacks/Other:  water.
