Fat: 23.60g | Prot: 58.95g | Carb: 115.14g.   Breakfast:  100% Carrot Juice, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes), Lite Syrup. Lunch:  Smoked Salmon, Bell Peppers, Cooked Green String Beans (from Fresh), Fried Egg without Fat. Dinner:  Beef Top Round (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, All Grades), California Style Mixed Vegetables, White Rice (Short-Grain, Cooked), Teriyaki Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Vegetable Spring Roll, Excellence 70% Cacao.
