Lunch:  Egg, Eggplant, Carrots, Egg, Firm Silken Tofu, Sweet Potato, Butter, Olive Oil, Sweet Potato, Balsam-Pear (Bitter Gourd, Pods). Dinner:  Firm Silken Tofu, 2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk), Cheddar Cheese, Butter. Snacks/Other:  まんじゅう, Milk Chocolate, Bon O Bon Suave.
