Lunch:  Traditional Recipes Salisbury Steak. Dinner:  4% California Style Cottage Cheese, Cinnamon Applesauce, Potatoes (Flesh, Without Salt, Baked), Traditional Ham Steak. Snacks/Other:  Brownie with Icing, Triscuit Crackers Original.
