Fat: 56.27g | Prot: 70.67g | Carb: 152.49g.   Breakfast:  Earl Grey Tea, Granulated Splenda, Fresh Pork Sausage, Italian Bread, Spreadable Regular Soft Margarine, Marion Blackberry Preserves. Lunch:  Traditional Recipes Salisbury Steak. Dinner:  Potatoes (Flesh, Without Salt, Baked), Traditional Ham Steak, 4% California Style Cottage Cheese, Cinnamon Applesauce. Snacks/Other:  Triscuit Crackers Original, Brownie with Icing.
