Weight stayed the same despite eating only 1100 calories and doing an 1000 calorie burning workout. Prob need to up the calories today.

Lunch: Salsa, Medium, Thick & Chunky, Whole grain tortilla. Dinner: Cumberland Gap Ham, Fancy Green Beans. Snacks/Other: Planters Honey Roasted, Tyson Ham.
