Fat: 49.44g | Prot: 67.77g | Carb: 123.39g.   Breakfast:  Pork Loin (Tenderloin). Lunch:  Cafe Steamers Parmesan Pasta with Rosemary Chicken, Special K Popcorn Chips. Dinner:  Chicken Fried Rice, Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Wing with Skin, Egg Roll with Beef and/or Pork. Snacks/Other:  Deluxe Mixed Nuts, Original low fat frozen yogurt bars (strawberry banana) .
