Fat: 69.35g | Prot: 185.14g | Carb: 249.56g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch:  Egg, Swiss Cheese, Whole Wheat Sandwich Slenders. Dinner:  Fruit Salad, Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Snow Crab Legs (1 Pound). Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Clementine, Creamy Peanut Butter.
