Fat: 55.22g | Prot: 99.77g | Carb: 196.23g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Nonfat), Oat Bran, Shreddies, Sugar, Tea (Brewed). Lunch:  Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Flour Pita Bread, Hummus, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Thigh (Skin Eaten). Dinner:  Ciabatta, Margerine, Sauvignon Blanc Wine, Smoked Salmon. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Nonfat Latte Coffee, Walnuts.
