Fat: 90.42g | Prot: 140.49g | Carb: 289.95g.   Breakfast:  Whole Milk, Porridge, Mixed Berries, Apples, Be Fruity. Lunch:  Eggs, Chicken Breast, Mixed Salad Greens, Multiseed Farmhouse Batch Bread. Dinner:  Haggis, White Dinner Roll, Fruit Cake, Cooked Turnip (from Fresh, Fat Added in Cooking), Butter, Red Wine, White Wine, Gin & Tonic, Liqueur, Lemonade, Custard, Fudge. Snacks/Other:  Greek Yogurt, Dried Coconut, Impact Whey Protein.
