Fat: 75.12g | Prot: 92.28g | Carb: 202.95g.   Breakfast:  Caffe Mocha (Tall). Lunch:  Apples, French Onion Soup (with Cheese & Croutons), Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad. Dinner:  100% Ground Bison, Avocados, Green Tea, INGLHFFR SWT HOT MUSTARD SQZ, Ketchup, Mushrooms, Olive Oil, Onions, Oven Roasted Turkey, Sour Dough Bread. Snacks/Other:  Caffe Mocha (Tall), Pears, Pears.
