Fat: 98.83g | Prot: 109.53g | Carb: 241.21g.   Breakfast:  Cream Cheese, Everything Bagel. Lunch:  Grilled Chicken, Multigrain Roll, Onions, Pepper Jack Cheese, Roasted Peppers, Salsa, Sour Cream. Dinner:  Fettuccine Alfredo, Roasted Garlic and Basil Chicken Meatballs. Snacks/Other:  Dark Chocolate Nuggets with Almond, Fruit Snacks Fat Free, Trail Mix.
