Lunch: Chewy Chocolate Chip High Protein Bar, Greek Yogurt - Strawberry, Premier Protein shake. Dinner: Country Style Pork Sausage, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese, french fries, rye toast. Snacks/Other: Cheez It crackers.
