Fat: 30.76g | Prot: 47.16g | Carb: 170.00g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified) , Chocolate Cheerios, Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  WW SMRT ones orange sesame chicken, Veggie Chips. Dinner:  Chicken Enchiladas with Sour Cream Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Apples , Strawberries .
