Fat: 181.25g | Prot: 141.51g | Carb: 487.13g.   Breakfast:  100% Whey Protein - Chocolate, Bacon, English Muffin, Hash Brown, Hotcake Syrup, Hotcakes without Syrup & Margarine, Nonfat Mocha (Large), Sausage Patty, Scrambled Egg, Strawberry Preserves, Whipped Margarine. Dinner:  Beef Crispy Taco, Chips and Salsa, Mexican Rice (Side), Refried Beans with Cheese (Side). Snacks/Other:  Kit Kat Extra Crispy, Toasted Garlic Bread.
