Fat: 75.23g | Prot: 130.25g | Carb: 161.08g.   Breakfast:  Raw Protein, Unsweetened Flax Milk, Breakfast Sausage, Sweet Red Peppers, Onions, Country Style Pork Sausage, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Deli Sliced Ham, 100% Liquid Egg Whites. Dinner:  Broccoli, Brown Rice, Beef Rib Eye (Small End, Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Choice Grade). Snacks/Other:  Tortilla Chips (White Corn), SunButter, Coconut Milk Ice Cream - Chocolate, Oats N' Honey Cereal.
