Fat: 138.64g | Prot: 141.60g | Carb: 260.84g.   Breakfast:  Almond Fresh, Blueberry Strawberry Vanilla, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream Cheese, Multi Grain Cheerios, norwegian fjord smoked salmon, Original, rudolph's bavarian premium sandwich b, Sugar. Lunch:  Chicken Stock, rudolph's bavarian premium sandwich b, Swiss Cheese Slices, Turkey Kolbassa Sausage, Vegetarian Vegetable Soup (Prepared with Water). Dinner:  beans, beef tenderloin, beer, broccoli raab, Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Added in Cooking), mashed potato, oyster, steak tartare, wine. Snacks/Other:  black samb, Chocolate Souffle, coffeeCoffee with Cream and Sugar .
