Lunch:  Black Beans, Cilantro Lime Dressing, Mahi Mahi Steaks, Mixed Salad Greens, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Beef Tenderloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Buttered Air Popped Popcorn, Creamed Macaroni with Cheese, Mixed Salad Greens, Red Table Wine .
