Fat: 27.92g | Prot: 47.13g | Carb: 191.44g.   Breakfast:  Thick & Creamy Lowfat Yogurt. Lunch:  Crunchy Peanut Butter, Grape Jelly, Green Tea, Honey, Round Top White Enriched Bread. Dinner:  Chicken Breast Meat (Broilers or Fryers, Fried, Cooked), Clam Chowder, Instant White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Carrots, Cooked Mature Onions, Green Tea, Organic Gala Apples, Roasted Bell Peppers.
