Fat: 116.15g | Prot: 69.26g | Carb: 346.61g.   Breakfast:  Soft & Smooth Whole Grain White Bread, Sugar Free Concord Grape Jam, Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter. Lunch:  banana, oil popped popcorn. Dinner:  red baron thin crust pepperoni, Light Nonfat Lemon Yogurt, Baby Spinach, Fat Free Thousand Island Dressing. Snacks/Other:  little debbie cupcakes, dark chocolate, skinny cow vanilla sandwich.
