Lunch:  shake mix, Organic Sugar Free Coconut Milk - Vanilla. Dinner:  beef ribeye, Cherry Tomato, Endive, Chicory, Escarole or Romaine Lettuce, Cucumber (with Peel), cheddar, cottage cheese, Ranch dressing. Snacks/Other:  Day Break Peanut Butter Fudge Crisp Bar, Water, Diet Mountain Dew (Can), weyauwega, butter, Air Popped Popcorn, Calcium, Fish Oil Omega 3, Large Curd Cottage Cheese, Blackberries.
