Fat: 48.66g | Prot: 62.93g | Carb: 101.18g.   Breakfast:  kale, low fat cottage cheese, string cheese. Lunch:  apple cider vinegar, carrots, celery, english cucumbers, red peppers. Dinner:  broccoli, brussels sprouts, kroger green peas, pork chop. Snacks/Other:  red wine, roasted unsalted cashews, skor, tea.
