Fat: 40.80g | Prot: 117.94g | Carb: 211.68g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Greek Yogurt, Instant Oatmeal, Instant Oatmeal - Apples & Cinnamon. Lunch:  Beef Jerky, Greek Yogurt, Hamburger Soup. Dinner:  Butternut Winter Squash, Chicken Enchilada Casserole, Green Snap Beans (Frozen), Turkey Pastrami. Snacks/Other:  Big Hunk Bar (Snack Size), Chocolate Covered Raisins, Clementines, Saltine Crackers.
