Fat: 94.53g | Prot: 115.06g | Carb: 213.36g.   Breakfast:  Singles Fat Free Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Cooked Egg White, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Salsa, Flour Tortillas (Fajita Size), Bacon (Cured, Microwaved, Cooked), Natural Fresh Pressed 100% Apple Juice. Lunch:  Filet-O-Fish, French Fries (Small). Dinner:  1/4 White Rotisserie Chicken, Cornbread, Creamed Spinach, Macaroni & Cheese, Sweet Potato Casserole. Snacks/Other:  Almonds.
