Fat: 136.06g | Prot: 77.62g | Carb: 341.88g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Italian Sweet Creme Creamer, Hard Cooked Peeled Eggs, FiberPlus Antioxidants Chewy Bars - Dark Chocolate Almond. Lunch:  breaded chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, brown and serve rolls, butter, sweetened tea, Applebees triple chocolate meltdown cake. Dinner:  fried fish fillets, Broccoli Rice au Gratin, Banana Nut Muffins, Heinz Tartar Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Oatmeal cookie.
