Fat: 35.17g | Prot: 64.19g | Carb: 123.95g.   Breakfast:  Almonds, Cereal, Pears, Soy Milk, Walnuts. Lunch:  Baby Spinach, Cabbage Kimchi, Steamed or Poached Salmon. Dinner:  Bell Peppers, Chard, Garden Ranch Dip, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, White Rice (Short-Grain, Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Clementines, Guacamole with Tomatoes, Pastry filled with Potatoes and Peas (Fried), Sesame Rice Crackers, Smoked Salmon.
