Fat: 35.17g | Prot: 64.19g | Carb: 123.95g.   Breakfast:  Walnuts, Almonds, Pears, Cereal, Soy Milk. Lunch:  Steamed or Poached Salmon, Baby Spinach, Cabbage Kimchi. Dinner:  White Rice (Short-Grain, Cooked), Chard, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, Bell Peppers, Garden Ranch Dip. Snacks/Other:  Clementines, Guacamole with Tomatoes, Sesame Rice Crackers, Pastry filled with Potatoes and Peas (Fried), Smoked Salmon.
