Dinner:  Coconut Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Minced Garlic, Organic Brown Rice, Organic Spinach, P90X Recovery Drink. Snacks/Other:  Clementines, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless) .
