Fat: 52.92g | Prot: 117.73g | Carb: 165.47g.   Breakfast:  Cinnamon, Bananas, Sweeteners (Saccharin), Cinnamon Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), CRACKED CHILI PEPPER Humus, 95% Fat Free Oven Roasted White Turkey, Lettuce, Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Lavash Flat Bread, Turkey Pastrami, Egg. Lunch:  Lettuce, Romaine Lettuce, Tomatoes, Flame Grilled Chicken Breast, Cucumber (Peeled), Fat Free Crumbled Feta, Black Olives. Dinner:  Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Asian Medley Seasoned Vegetables, Broccoli, Pie Crust. Snacks/Other:  Special K Protein Plus Cereal, Chai Pumpkin Spice Tea, Extra Dark Chocolate Assortment, Vanilla Cone (Small), Trix.
