Fat: 145.62g | Prot: 153.64g | Carb: 75.45g.   Breakfast:  Egg White , Hummus , Nonfat Black Cherry Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  Celery , Hummus , Original Beef Jerky (Package), Tomatoes. Dinner:  Chicken Leg, Chicken or Turkey Salad with Egg, Chicken Thigh, Red Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Celery , Chunky Artichoke & Jalapeno Dip, Extra Crunchy Super Chunk Peanut Butter, Mixed Nuts.
