Fat: 142.68g | Prot: 75.53g | Carb: 28.12g.   Breakfast:  Fletcher's Masterpeice Dry Cured Bacon. Lunch:  100% Pure Maple Syrup, Butter, Cabbage, Chicken Thigh, Coconut Oil, Cream Cheese, Cucumber (with Peel), Egg, Hickory Smoked Spiral Sliced Ham, Onions, Raw Coconut Flour, seame oil, Sesame Seeds. Dinner:  hot dog with no bun.
