Fat: 142.68g | Prot: 75.53g | Carb: 28.12g.   Breakfast:  Fletcher's Masterpeice Dry Cured Bacon. Lunch:  Raw Coconut Flour, Butter, Cream Cheese, 100% Pure Maple Syrup, Cucumber (with Peel), Onions, seame oil, Coconut Oil, Cabbage, Chicken Thigh, Hickory Smoked Spiral Sliced Ham, Egg, Sesame Seeds. Dinner:  hot dog with no bun.
