Dinner:  Beef Stew with Potatoes and Vegetables in Tomato-Based Sauce, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Guacamole with Tomatoes, Nonfat Latte Coffee, Nonfat Latte Coffee, Walnuts.
