Fat: 35.71g | Prot: 71.26g | Carb: 205.59g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Nonfat), Oat Bran, Tea (Brewed), Honey Nut with Whole Grain Cheerios. Lunch:  Soup, Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Flour Pita Bread. Dinner:  White Rice, Beef Stew with Potatoes and Vegetables in Tomato-Based Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Walnuts, Nonfat Latte Coffee, Apples, Nonfat Latte Coffee, Guacamole with Tomatoes.
